1. open devtools://devtools/bundled/devtools_app.html
2. close that tab then open devtools://devtools/bundled/devtools_app.html?experimental=true&ws=rig.kxtz.dev
3. in that devtools, go to the network tab and double-press the square that shows up
4. profit
